This apartment is home to a professional single lady and her aged parents. They wanted a refined home with a focus on comfort. They wanted a welcoming, relaxing home that encourages them to unwind and interact together. The unit enjoys magnificent ocean views and they wanted this to be the feature of the design.
Our task was to take the developer’s bland shell and transform it into a warm and welcoming retreat with a gentle nurturing ambience. Restraint has been key in satisfying achieving the perfect balance between the design details that bring an undercurrent of elegance and the clean lines that bring an airy simplicity.
