The Home owner
The owner is a single guy in his 30s. He had purchased an expansive penthouse in the centre of
Bangkok with magnificent 270 degree views of the city skyline. He desired a refined bachelor pad
with all the trappings of a modern-day, luxury Hollywood set. He wanted a unique home with fine
finishes but also one that complemented and enhanced the stunning vista.
Re-configuring the floorplan
We have reconfigured a four bedroom family unit to suit the needs of a single occupant and
optimize the views. Repositioning the master bedroom to the east-facing of the apartment allows
him to awake to glorious sunrise views each morning.

Restraint - has been the key to success
Throughout our design process, our decisions have been geared to draw focus to, and accentuate the views. We have added embellishments, but these accents are subtle – a perfectly calibrated balance between instilling an undercurrent of luxury without distracting from the vista.
